Between planning my next gallery visit, while wondering if its too soon in the day for a second oat-milk latte, I move through the city with equal parts focus and freedom. I like feeling at home in the places I drift through, maybe because Ive always been comfortable in exactly who I am, and what I do.

To me, movement is a ritual. Reformer Pilates keeps me lithe; it seems Im always in my element when straps and ropes are involved. Yoga, weightlifting, running and the occasional cold plunge remind me how good it feels to live fully in my body. I'm all natural, with no implants, piercings or tattoos and I take care of myself with intention, honouring my body through how I treat it and the pleasure I allow it to feel.

Looking good is one of my pleasures. My love of lingerie runs deep, any brand that makes me look good enough to eat and slips off without too much of a struggle gets my loyalty. I wear perfume that lingers in the air, or stays in the warm bed after Ive gone. Even though I draw glances without trying, I love the freedom of disappearing into the city in jeans and trainers, or a morning run through greenery, as much as I love slipping into a little black dress and heels.

Im the type of woman who catches attention easily, but keeping yours is where the real art lies. I adore conversation that makes you forget the need to perform, and my calm brings out the same in others. By the time we meet, youll feel it too: relaxed, amused, comfortable enough to say what you actually mean. And I find thats when things tend to get even more interesting.

This part of my life isnt something I offer to many. When I do, its meant to be savoured, whether slow and intimate or deliciously untamed. Ive found good manners paired with a wild imagination go a very long way.
